A new development in Brunswick Square in Orpington features the stunning new addition of Rehau flush fit windows, the perfect way to finish off the contemporary block of flats, which includes 83 one and two-bed apartments – each of which boast a private terrace, balcony or winter garden.

The block of flats itself, built on the location of the former Met Office building, is surrounded by a landscaped public square, with restaurants, a hotel, gym and a cinema – and all within 20 short minutes of central London, Building Products reports.

Discussing the products, commercial manager at Rehau Kevin O’Neill explained that these particular flush fitting casement windows were launched back in 2014 to provide customers with even more choice for clients with regards to uPVC windows.

He was quoted by the news source as saying: “With a flush fit window, it’s possible to create very clean and contemporary lines, which works particularly well on large developments like Brunswick Square.

“The addition of the grey laminate foil adds a further modern twist and reduces sight-lines to deliver a glazing finish which scores high for aesthetics, as well as cost, efficiency and longevity. The Berkeley Group have embraced the use of our flush fit casement window on a number of their developments and remain a key customer for Rehau.”

Just this month (August), the brand launched its new Guide for Trade brochure, with all the information you need on a range of products, including the TOTAL70 window profile range, the Heritage vertical sliding window and the AGILA sliding door range. All your clients need to know and more!
