We have taken the difficult decision to temporarily suspend operations until further notice due to the ongoing threat of COVID – 19. This is in response to the expert advice and Government announcements over in recent days. We are working on safe delivery methods to allow the completion of key construction projects where needed in the future. We will continue to seek advice on how we can support our customers during this difficult period and we will review our operating policy as the government advice evolves. As the current situation is so dynamic and changeable, we will review our position on a regular basis and advise you immediately as the situation changes.

Industry recognition for Polyframe at G14 Awards


Polyframe, have been recognized as a company of excellence in 2014 after collecting their fifth award of the year in the National Fenestration Awards.

Polyframe where announced as Fabricator of the Year 2014 in the NFA awards, where the winners are voted for by people within the fenestration industry.  This award is extremely prestigious as it is open to fabricators of all products, not only PVCu which Polyframe manufacture.

In late November Polyframe celebrated another successful evening at the Halifax Courier Business Awards, collecting the Manufacturer of the Year Awards from Look North presenter, Clair Frisby.

One of the proudest moments for Polyframe came at the G14 Glass and Glazing awards at the Park Lane Hilton where the Company collected their first Fabricator of the Year award in front of over 600 industry professionals.

Peter Dyson, Sales Director, commented “It is a great honour to be named as Fabricator of the Year on three separate occasions and these are all awards that we are proud to receive.  It is just reward for all the hard work and dedication that all employees at Polyframe give to the company and a reflection of the business strategy that we have followed.  We always strive to supply the highest quality products and levels of service to all our customers, and it is our staff that make this possible”.

One of the other highlights for Polyframe was to win the Yorkshire Post Business of the Year Awards for companies with a turnover from £10 to £50 Million.  This award looks at all aspects of the business with key criteria being how the business operates, the business ethos, the environment and innovation.

These awards are in addition to being awarded a Certificate of Business Excellence as an “Outstanding Company 2014” by leading industry analysts Plimsoll Publishing Ltd.

Polyframe where also selected by Santander and Smarta as one of the UK’s top 50 most exciting, fastest growing companies.  The Santander Breakthrough 50 in partnership with Smarta seeks to shine a light on the most inspiring businesses in the UK.

Peter Dyson continued “2014 has been a magnificent year for Polyframe, not only have we won five awards but the business has continued to grow.  We are all looking forward to an even better 2015 with the opening of our second factory in Halifax and the continued expansion of our trade centres”.
