Building on their existing Customer Service offering, the new team will further improve response times, provide quick and supportive decisions, excellent technical support and maintain high-quality standards.
The Customer Excellence function will bring together Customer Service, Technical Support and Quality teams and will be led by newly appointed Head of Customer Support, Dan Nutt – who has more than 25 years’ experience in the fenestration industry.
