How it works

Order at any point throughout the month. On the last day of each month, one lucky winner will be randomly selected to receive the cost of one of their orders back. That’s one winner every month while offer lasts.

How to order 

Simply place your order as normal, then sit back, relax and wait for us to contact you if you’re that month’s winner. If you don’t hear from us, don’t worry, simply order again the month after… easy.

1. 1. The promotion is valid for trade customers only including sole traders, partnerships or limited companies.
   2. The promotion will run monthly during 2023, and we reserve the right to end the promotion offer at any time and without prior notice.
   3. Customers will order as normal throughout the month and on the last day of each month, a winner will be picked out from the data at random.
   4. There is no alternative to this promotion.
   5. The winner will be announced across Customade Group and its businesses’ communications channels.
   6. You will receive the full value of your order but will exclude costs related to installation and any costs not pertaining to a Customade Group Business product.
   7. If you are the winner and have multiple orders within the one month, you will win the value of the order that has been randomly selected.
   8. To be eligible to accept the prize. You must agree to take part in and cooperate fully with reasonable publicity and to the use of your name and photograph in such publicity.
